Do you provide International delivery?
At this time we are only shipping to the USA and Canada.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns in the original undamaged condition for up to 30 days after receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase just contact us and we will provide an RMA and return instructions.
Are you products responsibly sourced?
Yes, all of our products are made from either reclaimed materials such as bottles and wood or from suppliers who only sell products that are responsibly sourced.
What is the lead time for custom orders?
For items that are customizable the normal lead time is 2 weeks for custom made items the lead time will be quoted with the price.
